Laddingford St Mary's Church is part of the United Benefice of Yalding including Laddingford and Collier Street. We are part of the Rochester diocese family of schools and we work closely with both our Church and the diocese.

As a church school, we receive both an OFSTED and a SIAMS (Statutory Inspection of Anglican and Methodist School). Our last SIAMS inspection was in 2016, and the inspector remarked upon the following;

• Passionate, creative and distinctively Christian leadership is effectively modelled by the headteacher.
• The Christian character of the school is clearly communicated to the wider school community and is highly valued by parents.
• One parent described the school as a ‘warm, inclusive family where children are accepted just as they are’.
• Compassion, forgiveness and love are demonstrated by a cohesive staff team who go ‘above and beyond’ to support all pupils.
