Create 2 sets of number cards 1 - 9 and play number bond snap. Take turns to turn over a card and then see if the pairs of numbers make 10. if they do then keep them, the person with the most at the end is the winner! When you get good at pains to ten, you could then extend or swap for pairs to make 20.
Play trash or treasure for number bonds to 10/20. Write out pairs of number bonds that do and don't make 10/20 and decide whether they are trash (not equal to 10) to treasure (equal to 10). You could then extend this with addition and subtraction facts.
