SAMA Karate

SAMA South East run Karate Club each Thursday, this is £5 per week Pay-As-You-Go. Sempai Jason Glanfield is our instructor and he teaches a group of mixed abilities and ages. After the first 4 sessions, children need to wear the Sama Karate uniform and be licensed and insured through SAMA South East.
