At Laddingford Nursery, we use Intensive Interaction, an approach to support children to develop their early communication skills. Intensive Interaction teaches and develops the fundamentals of communication for children and adults who may have autism and/or social communication difficulties. The fundamentals of communication include skills such as using and understanding eye contact and facial expressions, enjoying being with another person and understanding the back-and-forth nature of conversations.
